My focus is on working with new or lifetime Apple users looking to expand their knowledge and experience of their devices. I enjoy using my Apple devices and am thrilled when I can help others to use them to their full potential. I enjoy offering personal assistance to fellow users in helping to get them more comfortable in integrating their Apple device into everyday life.
Send me an email or if you are taking one of my courses, ask me a question in class. Most of the time questions can be answered with a quick email response or two.
In some cases, if someone is uncomfortable with doing the suggestions themselves, or a problem can’t be diagnosed remotely, I will schedule a visit. this is also the most efficient way to address instances where there are several issues. In order to get to as many issues as possible I find it works best to have a list of issues questions compiled ahead of time so that I am prepared for the visit. I always try to address as many questions or problems during each visit as time allows. During the course of visits I also offer any suggestions, tips or any other useful tricks that can improve the user experience.
In brief I am the person you can contact whenever you have a question about your Apple devices and their peripherals. Whether you have a quick question that I can be answered by email, would like to learn more about your new device or have a major crash that has your critical data hanging by a string, I can help.
Group Instructional Offerings
Instructional Classes Available for iPad, iPhone & Mac. Formal classes are offered in the Fall and Spring Sessions through the Branford Erace program. If you prefer a more informal setting, in-home one-on-one and group sessions are offered.
My goal is to give you the tools necessary to use your device comfortably in a way that helps instead of hindering. By going through the device step by step at a low level I aim to give you complete confidence in working with their device.
Setup & Integration
Adding one or more of your devices can be confusing and frustrating. I can help get all of your devices setup, synched and working correctly. I can also help with making the right decisions on any devices available to add to compliment your current setup.

When your device is working as it should and you are comfortable with it they quickly become an everyday staple. When the unthinkable happens and there doesn’t seem to be a way to get it to work again it’s easy to panic. Be sure to remember my three step approach to EDF(Electronic Device Failure).

I excel in resurrecting devices that appear beyond repair, even when other “Professionals” say so. I am the sort of person who will exhaust every possibility in search of a fix to your problem, then have the know-how and finesse to bring it back to life. All devices can be repaired, but sometimes the cost to fix it far outweighs the cost of the device. In those unlikely circumstances I can help you choose the best way to proceed to minimize further inconvenience.
